Founders Josh and Alex Taylor have been in the recruitment industry since 2012. Focussing on supplying staff within the Industry 4.0 arena, Cotswolds Consortium is a dedicated specialist with a passion for excellent customer service and thorough recruitment fundamentals.
Recruitment fundamentals
We believe our experience and process differentiates us - this is what to expect when you instruct us on a vacancy:
- An introduction call and detailed job briefing, so we can truly understand your business, your needs and your priorities for the position. We'll also provide consultation based on our market experience, and estimate your time to hire.
- A personalised outreach campaign which reflects the intro call, using a market map to target the individuals that will add value to your business.
- We'll hold conversations with those relevant candidates, qualifying them against your requirement and whether it matches their desires.
- A long list of 5 - 10, or a short list of 3 - 5, depending on your interview process and preferences, will be presented for you to choose from.
- A smoothly managed interview process, with advice and situational updates throughout.
- Offering and closing your preferred candidate, with consultation on what you need to do to land that individual.
- We'll then stay in touch with you and your new starter, making sure everything runs smoothly up to their start date and through the first few months of their new role.
